Sporting a number of names (Mexican Feathergrass, Pony Tails and Angel Hair. This is a fantastically wispy grass that matures from silver green to a light blonde. This is a semi evergreen variety that will in particularly cold winters lose its foliage before remerging in the spring. 

This is quite a versatile plant that is quite often block planted to make best use of the wispy billowing during a breeze, though it is equally at home in a perennial border or in a container.
