'Salmia Pink' is a compact, bushy, upright, deciduous perennial with small, highly-aromatic, mid-green leaves. Tubular, soft-pink flowers with deeper-pink calyces, are borne in open racemes on tall, dark stems over a long period from early summer to late autumn. Plant in full sun in a moist well drained fertile soil. Hardiness: H3, tender in frost (may need winter protection). Pruning group 9 in spring, deadhead to prolong flowering. Eventual height of 1m and a spread of 0.5m in 2-5 years. Good for pollinators.
