Delivery Update
Please note. Orders placed after midday 15th August will be sent w/c 26th August. The nursery will be closed w/c 19th August.
We cannot at this stage deliver to any non-mainland UK addresses, as a small nursery the complexity has rendered these deliveries non-viable. Any order placed for non-mainland address will unfortunately be cancelled.
Plant Passport
Please note that due to the recent Smarter Rules for Safer Food legislation that has been introduced, all of our plants will come with a Plant Passport. This details the variety, registration number and country of origin.
Delivery Information
At Norfolk Quality Plants we treat every order with the same discerning approach, we only supply the very best which is why we want your plants to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Our specialist packaging is designed to keep your purchase safe and secure from the second it leaves us to when you receive it.
We have a standard delivery charge of £6.95 per order (including VAT) to England, Mainland Scotland and Wales. This set flat rate means you only pay for delivery once, no matter how many plants you may buy! Unfortunately delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and all off shore UK Islands will incur an additional charge. These delivery charges are calculated on an order by order basis depending on location in our checkout. Unfortunately we are unable to ship overseas. If you are unsure about delivery destinations please contact us regarding your requirements.
We se APC Overnight UK to deliver all orders and have found their service to be excellent.
At Norfolk Quality Plants we endeavour to get your product to you as quickly as possible. We despatch orders Mondays to Thursdays. Orders will generally be despatched on the the next working day via a 24hr service, however please allow up to 7 days for delivery. We want your product to arrive as fresh as when it was packed. In the unfortunate event that you cannot be home to receive your item please fill out the "Special Instructions" form when ordering. This will give our courier the option to leave your product with a neighbour or in a safe place of your choosing as re-delivery can incur further charges.
Please add in a mobile number when placing your order if possible, the number is not used for anything other than to help the courier deliver your order. As a rule they will send a delivery window to you as a text message though the ability to call you in the instance where they are having difficulty finding your address is very useful.

Although every effort will be made to make sure deliveries arrive on the requested date. Norfolk Quality Plants cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to factors beyond our control such as Public Holidays or adverse weather conditions.
Norfolk Quality Plants sells living plants and will only deliver to physical addresses and not to PO boxes. A full delivery address including postcode must be provided. Please make sure all details are correct as wrong, or omitted postcodes cause delays.
Norfolk Quality Plants cannot be held responsible if an incorrect delivery address was given leading to orders not being fulfilled.
Norfolk Quality Plants cannot be responsible for items lost if we have followed your instructions. A contact telephone number can also be very useful to the courier.
All deliveries are sent out with a planting and aftercare information pack outlining our recommendations. We cannot accept any liability for subsequent death of any plants because of lack of watering or any environmental factor outside of our control.
In the event of a plant being severely damaged in transit please contact us immediately at enquiries@norfolkqualityplants.co.uk. Please provide us with as much information as possible and any photos you can provide as this will help us deal with your issue quickly. All claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery receipt.
