'Madame Edouard Andre' is a large, deciduous climber with heart-shaped, rich-green leaves. Flowering freely in summer and well into autumn, with an abundance of rich crimson flowers with creamy-yellow stamens. Plant in full sun/partial shade in a moist well drained fertile soil.

Hardiness: H6. Pruning group 3, hard in Feb/March, flowers on current season's growth. Eventual height of 3.5m and a spread of 2m in 2-5 years. Wear gloves and other protective equipment when handling. Pets (dogs, cats): Harmful if eaten.
