Ceratostigma Willmottianum is a compact shrub. It's foliage is deciduous and leaves are a lovely shade of green and have some texture to them. As the cooler weather creeps in, the leaves start to turn slightly red. In summer, tiny blue flowers appear, these last through to autumn.
